Get involved and amplify the work of Open Door Policy

Help more refugees pursue meaningful remote work!

If you are a professional working in tech or care about the refugee cause, join Open Door Policy as an (1) employment partner,  (2) program sponsor or as (3) a volunteer.

Open Door Policy empowers refugees and otherwise displaced individuals to improve digital literacy and seek remote work opportunities. They work with global brands as their impact sourcing service provider in Sales, Customer Support and Executive Administration.

(1) Employment partners are organisations who hire ODP’s graduated learners and offer them paid, full-time, remote working opportunities. Interested employment partners should have roles for entry-level jobs, remote working, and operate in English.

(2) Program sponsors are organisations who fund ODP’s training programmes. Through financial sponsorship, program sponsors allow ODP to provide learning & employment resources and technologies to their learners.

(3) Volunteers are individuals who are interested in contributing their skills by becoming either (a) a mentor to one of ODP’s learners in future programs, or (b) a volunteer with ODP’s operations.
